Monday.com recently went public and joined the Nasdaq family of IPOs, but there are still people out there who are not familiar with the website. What is it all about?

Monday.com was created in 2012 by co-founders who saw a consistent problem with fast-growing companies, the lack of communication and vision. They came up with an idea to create a website that teams can access together and plan and schedule out projects and keep them moving forward with everyone staying updated on the status. Monday.com allows teams, departments and companies to work together on new workflows and customize the building blocks to create an empire of an organization. The beauty of this app, and what sets it apart from the others, is that it is not only a project management tool but can also act as a support ticketing tool and even a CRM. The versatility of this website and application ensures that it can work for any and every company.

As mentioned before, a big selling point to this software is the fact that an entire team can be on the same project and stay up to date with the status and changes going on in an evolving workspace. The software is so user-friendly, that any professional and individual can use the system to stay organized and on-task with their daily responsibilities and duties. From an individual teacher who needs to keep status on individual students’ progress to lesson plans, to a CEO launching a startup and needing to know the status of marketing campaigns with a click of a button, this is an incredibly adaptable tool.

Highlighted above are numerous pros to using the Monday.com software. However, with everything and anything come some cons. With this system being 100% an online platform, some people would like the ability to access it without internet access. Their new IOS and Android applications make it accessible from anywhere, but it still relies on WIFI or data to operate. With the application still being a new addition, some images and attachments do not show up as you would like it to, and sometimes, the glitch makes it look like a bug rather than the image itself. Monday.com has a great assortment of applications that they can integrate with to bring data in from various sources, however, their list is still small. There could definitely be more added to the list to truly make them the go-to project management software out there.
